Year 2023, In the heart of Mabvuku, a vibrant suburb of Harare, Zimbabwe, a new chapter in local football history began with the formation of Scottland Football Club. Founded by Hon Pedzai Scott Sakupwanya, a passionate advocate for youth development and a Member of Parliament, the club was established with
a vision to provide young people with opportunities to pursue their passion for football and steer them away from negative influences.

The inception of Scottland FC was more than just about creating a football team; it was about building a community. Sakupwanya’s vision was to use football as a tool for social change, aiming to inspire the youth of Mabvuku to dream big and work hard. The club’s name, “Scottland FC,” though initially met with mixed reactions, symbolizes a blend of local pride
